This page lists the things you need to consider to build a website like this one. If you want more "meat" than the bullet points provide then there is a FREE e-book available. Click the "How To Sell E-books online" on the above menu when you have finished reading this page.

OK, this assumes you have an on-line presence (an ISP, an Internet connection, an e-mail address). If not you really do need to read the free document "How To Sell E-books online".
Do you have online banking? It is safe these days, and makes life a lot easier. If not to find your banks on-line facility simply search for them in any search engine.
Next you need to think about online payment collection. PayPal and ClickBank are two industry leaders. They pay a small amount to your bank to prove the linkage ~ with online banking your responding is that much quicker!
You need a domain name e.g. "http://www.paulscorner.co.uk". I have found 1&1 to be consistently reliable, and there is a lot of help there if this is a new area to you.
You need a host (a place to store your data online). This one was particularly helpful and installed and set up my store (Download shop) free of charge.
As always there are a number of folk out there who sell e-book shops. I use a store called DownLoad Shop which provides 50 e-books to get you started. Cick the PaulsCorner link above to see an example of this program, which my host set up for me.
You really need an autoresponder. This collects the e-mail address of your customers and send them a message to say "Received that, thanks" Enter your e-mail address below, and a comment on this page, and click Send to see this working.
You may want to get some fresh content for your site this resource provides (and hosts, if required) ready built web sites. This costs 1p for a weeks trial ~ it simply does not come cheaper than that. If you want to see an example (opens in a new web page) click here: Creating Internet Wealth. This provider requires you to have an autoresponder, and links to the one recommended above simply by ticking a box.
The hard part is driving traffic to your site. Charles Heflin has done an enormous amount of research and presents a formula (to ensure success for every business type) and many many live links to websites to implement his findings this on his free web site.
This is An example of an Autoresponder. Enter your e-mail and your comment on value of this page, then click [submit] to see it working.I've also added an exit pop-under Autoresponder which is a good way to give folk a second chance at accepting your offer.
You may think it is all too difficult, and you cannot code something that will float a pop-under page despite many pop-up blockers, however its a few clicks, a few lines of text (what you want it to show).
