I’ve heard that one of the main banks offers help to small business owners with a business software package to help with accounts and stuff. Do you know which bank? What the software is? What does it do?

Can a case be thrown out of court because the accusers 2 accounts of the incident dont match up?

The accuser has written 2 accounts of the incident which do not match each other, obviously showing that he is lying.Can a magistrate throw the case out on the basis that they dont know which version of the accusers story to use?

I am currently a Sole Trader but now looking at forming a private Limited Company.
I am worried however that my competitors will be able to see how i’m trading after my 1st year accounts have been filed with them & this could affect my market credibility.
What sort of information can the public access after i have filed my annual accounts (i.e.- would they just see Share Capital or would they see my Net Profits, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.).

If someone is in a coma and nobody has access to bank accounts how can affairs be kept in order?

If someone is in a coma and could be indefinitely or perhaps not even regain consciousness how can the person’s affairs be kept in order meantime? In this case no family member is also named on bank accounts etc but normal utility bills and various other maters have to be attended to. What happens in Scotland in these circumstances? I’ve been looking for something similar for ages. I have a firefox add on that can check both my yahoo accounts automatically, but it can’t check my aol email account, which is the most important one.
Any help? I’ve just downloaded this app called ‘ePrompter’ but It seems very outdated and isn’t nice to look at.
